The Young Adults' Fellowship (YAF) of Manhattan was formed on February 18, 2010. YAF is a fraternal group of young talented, energetic and enthusiastic men and women who aim at utilizing their time, youthful talents and resources in building the walls of the Presbyterian Church of Ghana.

Membership constitutes young adults ranging from ages 30 to 40years. Current membership is about thirty. In addition, the group has six patrons to its credit.

The first executive committee of the fellowship are:

• Mr. Ebenezer Asare - President
• Mrs. Josephine Osei Tannor - Vice President
• Mr. George Y. Gyedu - Secretary
• Mrs. Faustina Sakyiama - Assistant Secretary
• Mrs. Evelyn Asante - Treasurer/ Financial Secretary
• Mr. Ebenezer Twasam - Organizing Secretary, and
• Mrs. Elsey Agyemang - Chaplain

The slogan of the group is "Fellowship in Christ" and as young people, there is a conscious effort to keep the flame of the Holy spirit burning. This is reflected in the programs and activities that the group engages in with young couples and young professionals who play a pivotal role in steering the lives and church as a whole in the right direction.
