The existence of the Women's Ministry dates back to the solid initiative and efforts of Madam Gladys Otchere and Mrs. Margaret Ohemeng, both of blessed memory. They strongly believed that bringing the women together will contribute immensely to the growth of the Church. This desire and firm belief precipitated the first meeting which was held at the house of Mrs. Ohemeng in the summer of 1986. Through the grace of God, this first meeting was overwhelmingly patronized with a record attendance of 15 members.
